Sam Aucoin
Sam joined the Baycats in August, 2022 and served as the team's lead writer while also supporting content production and social media during the 2023 season. In October, 2023 he was promoted to Media Director and now, starting in 2026, will hold the title of Director of Media & Communications.

Sam leads all facets of the Baycats’ media and broadcast departments and oversees gameday experience, live production, social media, and in-stadium presentation. He's responsible for creative direction, content strategy, storytelling, branding, and fan engagement, while supporting marketing, sponsorship, vendor initiatives and staff operations.
Jenna Marchand
Jenna joined the Baycats in 2024 and serves as the team's Director of Gameday Operations and In-Game Host. Jenna oversees all gameday operations for Baycats home games, managing stadium logistics, scheduling, and in-game execution. She works closely with media, baseball operations, and partners to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional fan experience.

As the In-Game Host, she leads fan engagement through live promotions, contests, and interactive entertainment during home games. She works closely with the gameday and media teams to create a high-energy, memorable ballpark experience.
Viv Faulkner
Viv has been a part of the Baycats organization since its first season in 2001. She oversees all gameday volunteers at the front gate, coordinating staffing for the merchandise booth, box office, program booth, ticket scanning, and other fan-facing operations.
Lucas Fleming
Lucas joined the Baycats ahead of the 2024 season as an assistant broadcast producer. He now holds the title of Assistant Director of Media & Broadcast Operations and serves as the Baycats’ primary broadcast producer, leading live production while supporting content planning, video editing, and marketing initiatives across digital platforms.
