When buying hard tickets, please visit the box office at the front entrance of the stadium before home games.
Rainouts: In the unlikely event that a game is postponed or rained out, fans may exchange their tickets for seats to a future regular season home game. There are no refunds for tickets.
Parking: There is plenty of parking at and around the stadium. Parking is first come first serve however there is a large number of parking spots close to the stadium for those with accessible needs. Fans should keep in mind that baseballs can leave the stadium entirely and could hit your car so be aware of where you park.
INSIDE THE STADIUM
Seating: All seating at the stadium is general admission. It is first come first serve. Handicapped seating is down the third base line near the ramp in the first row next to the third base dugout. Please see our seating chart.
Media Equipment and Field Access: Without permission from our front office, fans cannot enter the playing field during the game. Flash photography and video reproduction of a game is strictly prohibited. We ask that fans do not bring any tripods or other equipment that can interfere with the fan experience. If you are working for a media outlet or work for the IBL or another IBL team and need media credentials, please contact us here or email sama@barriebaycats.com.
Concessions: There are concessions at the ballpark, located on the third base side of the main bleachers. Fans can use debit, credit, or cash. There is also a beer tent down the first base line which carries Baycats Brew. The entire stadium is licensed so you can bring your drinks anywhere. Our concessions are run by a separate company that serves the whole sports complex. For more information, click here where you will find contact information.
Merchandise: Our Baycats merch booth is right at the front entrance and has lots of merchandise for sale.
Re-entry: A hand stamp, given at the front gate, is required for re-entry into the stadium.
Washrooms: Washrooms are located behind the grandstand. Fans should walk to the front entrance, get their stamp for re-entry, then take a right once they exit the stadium. The washrooms are on the right near the away team gate.
Gameday Programs and raffle prizes: If you are a new fan or have not been to the ballpark in a while, make sure to check out the program booth. Gameday programs are $10 and are packed with photos, articles, facts, stats, a roster Insert – which includes raffle tickets, and our Baycats trivia. Inserts are also available separately for $5 and they come with raffle tickets as well. There will be raffle prizes for all nine innings!
Foul Balls: Fans are allowed to keep foul balls that are hit or thrown into the stands, however they can be redeemed for five Baycats Bucks – used for merch, tickets, and Baycats Trading Cards. Fans sitting down the left and right field lines are asked to be alert at all times for any baseballs leaving the field of play and the possibility of serious injuries.
Pets: Pets are not allowed near the playing surfaces at the Barrie Community Sports Complex.
Security: If you are in need of assistance, make your way to the front entrance and see one of our gameday staff members.
