Last offseason, the Barrie Baycats launched 'Baycats Banter,' the team's first ever ongoing podcast series. After a 2021 season that saw countless memories made including the All-Star debuts of Jake Wilson and Juan Benítez, the show is back for Season 2, set to begin in the winter of 2021-22.

The show's second season, featuring 'the stories behind your team', will be hosted by Barrie Baycats TV commentator Patrick Melbourne and feature several Baycats guests throughout, to be announced at a later date. "I'm looking forward to sitting down and having some great conversations with our guests," said Melbourne. "It's going to be a lot of fun and it should be great fun for the fans to listen along to as well."
