GAME RECAP: Baycats Hit Three Homers in Win Over Majors

LONDON - The Barrie Baycats hit three home runs and won their game 14-8 in London on Sunday afternoon.

The three homers came from Carson Burns, Malik Williams, and Owen Jansen, and for all three, they were their first home runs of the IBL season. In total, the Baycats had 16 hits, and everyone in the lineup had at least one hit.

The win went to reliever Brad Grieveson (4-0), who was excellent today in his relief role - he entered a close game and pitched four innings, giving up only one run. He struck out six. Baycats starter Adam Khan was also excellent, giving up only two earned runs in 4 1/3 innings pitched. London pitcher Owen Boon gave up six runs across his four innings. Jordan Spring (0-1) got the loss for London.
