GAME PREVIEW - BAYCATS AT RED SOX

BRANTFORD – Two teams on completely different ends of the rankings. It's the Barrie Baycats that will take on the Brantford Red Sox on a Sunday afternoon from the Telephone City. The Baycats (14-6) sit a game and a half back of first place while the Red Sox (2-20) have lost 12 straight and are in eighth place.

Starlin Rodriguez: Starlin Rodriguez is tied with Ryan Rijo for the team lead in home runs at five and is also leading the Baycats in walks. In yesterday’s game against Hamilton, Rodriguez showed off his ability to play shortstop, a position that he hasn’t played much of this season. His defensive ability and plate discipline are what make him the player to watch.
