Air Quality Statement: Game On Tonight At Vintage Throne Stadium

The Barrie Baycats would like to announce that tonight’s game vs the Welland Jackfish will be played at the regular scheduled time. 

While monitoring the air quality throughout the week, it is believed that the current level of air quality released in the Barrie area by Environment Canada poses a safe environment to play and enjoy baseball.

We will continue to monitor and encourage all fans deemed high risk to take precautions if coming to the game or if not comfortable attending to enjoy the game from home on Rogers tv (Cable 10) in Barrie, or on Baycats TV, where the game will be streamed live.

We thank all the fans for their patience on this matter and look forward to seeing everyone at the ballpark tonight!
